Most businesses spend everything getting the lead and almost nothing on what happens next.
Ads, trucks, signage, referral dinners, the guy who does your search rankings. Every business has a budget line for getting somebody to raise their hand.
What happens in the hours and weeks after that is usually held together by one busy person, a shared inbox, and everybody remembering to do it. That is the part we work on, and it is almost always cheaper to fix than it is to out-spend.

Built or rebuilt, fast, and working properly on a phone. Scheduling and booking, forms people actually finish, and the pages that answer what a buyer is stuck on.
Follow-up systems
A text after a missed call. A reply while they are still deciding. The second and third touch on a quote, sent whether or not anyone remembered to.
Analytics
Google Analytics, ad and Facebook tracking, and reporting set up so you can see where your work comes from and what each source actually costs you.
Custom software
When the off-the-shelf tools do not fit, we build the piece that does. Internal tools, integrations, and anything that removes a job somebody is doing by hand.

Not a discovery workshop. We go through your business the way a customer does and find where it stops working.

Who we work with
Businesses that already have customers
Contractors, clinics, trades, studios, shops. Established places with a real team, real reviews, and a phone that already rings, where a single customer is worth having.
We are less useful to somebody brand new who is still working out what they sell, and we will say so early rather than take the work.
If you already know something is falling through and you have never been able to point at where, that is the conversation.
How the money works
Nothing you have to take on faith
We are a small shop and you are handing money to someone you just met. These are the terms that make that a reasonable thing to do.
A fixed price, before anything starts
You know the number before we begin and it does not move. No hourly billing, no change orders, no invoice that arrives bigger than you expected.
You see it finished before you pay the balance
A deposit to start, the rest when the work is done and in front of you. If it is not what we agreed, it is not finished yet.
Nothing to sign that renews
No retainer, no annual contract, no minimum term. If you want ongoing help afterwards it is month to month and you can stop whenever.
You own everything
The code, the accounts, the domain, the data. All of it in your name, so leaving is always an option and never a hostage situation.
Most projects land between $1,000 and $5,000 depending on what is involved. If yours is going to be more than that, you will hear the number before you commit to anything, not after.

Farah Labs is Chris Farah
I do the work myself. The person who answers your email is the person writing the code, which means there is no account manager, nothing sent offshore, and nobody to hand you off to once the project starts.
It also means I take on a small number of projects at a time and will tell you if yours is not one I should be taking. I would rather turn something down than be the reason it went badly.
